ALL MY EXES is a new folk\/blues project!
\nBehind the project are various established musicians from Copenhagen\u2019s blues and folk scene.
\nIn the autumn of 2014, ALL MY EXES released the album “From Nashville to El Paso” \u2014 a collection of raw and gritty tracks written by Steffen Christensen in close collaboration with the rest of the band.<\/p>\n
The album features a range of guest musicians, including Ronni Boysen, J-Tex, and Peter Nande.
\nIt was recorded and produced by the band themselves in their own studio \u2014 a two-room World War II bunker \u2014 where they\u2019ve been based over the past year, managing to create a truly unique and distinctive sound.<\/p>\n
Since the release of their debut album \u2018From Nashville to El Paso\u2019 in 2013, they have toured extensively and played countless concerts across the country \u2014 from festivals and established venues to small, private acoustic shows in barns, gardens, and people\u2019s living rooms.
\nIn fact, these intimate concerts have gradually become the band\u2019s trademark.<\/p>\n
ALL MY EXES consists of Mikkel M. Christensen on guitar\/backing vocals, Lars Andersen on drums, Mads Bay Mulvad on double bass\/organ, and Steffen Christensen on dobro\/banjo and lead vocals.<\/p>\n
Founder and frontman Steffen Christensen grew up in the rich soil of Southern Jutland, where the T\u00f8nder Festival played a major role in shaping his musical upbringing.
