The role of Hawkraft ApS
Hawkraft ApS role in relation to transactions entered into through this website are to be considered as invoicing services.
Prices
At Hawkraft ApS, we reserve the right for any errors in the stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent.
The prices indicated for memberships, teams and the like for the individual associations are determined and administered by the individual associations (Musik- og Kulturforeningen Hawkraftens Venner). Hawkraft ApS therefore takes no responsibility for these prices and refers to the individual associations.
Payment
Hawkraft ApS accepts payment with MobilePay on behalf of the associations (Musik- og Kulturforeningen Hawkraftens Venner).
As the associations do not sell physical goods, but only memberships, which take effect immediately after payment has been made, the amount will be deducted immediately.
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Right of withdrawal
A possible Requests to use the right of withdrawal should be addressed directly to the association with which the transaction was concluded.
Complaint
A possibly Complaints should be addressed directly to the association with which the transaction was concluded.
Refund
A possibly reimbursement will be made directly by the association with which the membership was entered into.

Creation and protection of personal data
Hawkraft ApS complies with the Personal Data Act and the Personal Data Regulation. Reference is also made to the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Hawkraft ApS can never be held liable to an association or individual in an amount that exceeds the total trade between Hawkraft ApS and the individual within the past 12 months.
